About Teacher Safety Expert

Teacher Safety Expert works with Multi-Academy Trusts to interpret national guidance and translate it into coherent, trust-wide behaviour safety systems.

Our work focuses on structural alignment across behaviour systems, safeguarding responsibilities, governance oversight and executive accountability.

The Context Has Changed

Expectations around proportionality, recording rationale and leadership oversight have strengthened. Trust boards increasingly require assurance that behaviour arrangements would withstand external review.

Attendance certificates alone no longer provide that assurance. Consistency does.

Our Perspective

Restraint should be rare. Prevention should be structured. Documentation should be clear. Oversight should be visible. Practice should be consistent.
